Salon Policies and Etiquette

Please read our appointment policies and salon etiquette carefully. These policies were designed

to ensure that we can give all of our clients personalized attention in a calm, peaceful, and

relaxing atmosphere.

Cancellations and No Call/ No Show Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our No More Hats team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. No More Hats policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Rescheduling Policy

Clients with deposits have up to 72 hours to reschedule a cancelled appointment. Failure to contact the salon within 72 hours will result in the f​orfeiting of your original appointment's deposit. Clients who reschedule within 72 hours can apply the original appointment's deposit to the rescheduled appointment. Appointments can only reschedule one (1) time. If the client is not able to keep the rescheduled appointment, s/he forfeits the rescheduled appointment's deposit.

Appointment Confirmations

Appointment Reminders and  Confirmations will be delivered via email or text 48 hours before appointment date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one. No shows to appointments will not be tolerated.

Late Policy

Clients who show up to a scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late, ESPECIALLY WITHOUT CALLING, must reschedule your appointment. Here at No More Hats we understand that sometimes things happen but please note: REPEAT OFFENDERS will not be tolerated and we exercise our rights to no longer service you. It is a common courtesy to the clients who are on time and a common courtesy to the stylist servicing your needs.​

Children and Visitors Policy

For Liability reasons and due to limited space, children, family, and friends are not allowed at an appointment if they are not being serviced. Here at No More Hats we are dedicated to providing a relaxing environment. We feel that having your children there takes away from you being able to enjoy your experience and takes away from the comfort level of the clients as well. We love children and feel that it is not fair to make them sit for sometimes depending on your service 2-4 hours at a time because they get bored and restless. (*Some exceptions do apply, please contact salon for more information).


Here at No More Hats we want you to relax and understand that everyone relaxes differently. Some of us watch movies, play games, or listen to music. Please out of consideration for others bring headphones so that you do not disturb your neighbor and so that the sounds from your devices will not compete with the music already playing. Please limit phone calls to 5 min. max. no conference calls.
